Hi everybody.
As Scott mentioned, I will be the expedition's medic. My passion for mountains and adventures of all sorts led me to take the Diploma of Mountain Medicine, of which I am really proud!!!
I am not new to altitude and big mountains. I was born in Northen Italy and started going up at the age of two. Eastern Alps is where my heart is, with its beautiful Dolomites, Carnia and Giulian alps: enough climbing and trekking there to last you a lifetime. When Scott invited me to join his expedition I thought that it was an offer I could not refuse: the highest mountain of North America and one of the Seven Summits! I have been at that alitude before (Island Peak in Nepal), so I know what to expect and I hope to put my knowledge in good use with the boys.
